Welcome to the part of the website that keeps lawyers calm and humans informed. These terms govern your use of mobile software and related services published by FastApps LLC. If you disagree, please close the app and go touch grass—we will still respect you.

What you are accepting

By installing, opening, or continuing to use our applications, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Store-specific rules (Apple App Store, Google Play) also apply where they overlap; if there is a conflict, the stricter consumer protection usually wins.

The software will change

Mobile products evolve. We may ship updates, retire features, or patch holes. Nothing here promises a feature forever—only that we will not change terms in secret when platforms require transparency.

Third-party tools we name out loud

Our stack includes services you have probably seen elsewhere:

  • Singular for measurement and marketing analytics in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • OneSignal for push notifications when you opt in.
  • An AI assistant in some flows to help with guidance or support-style questions.

Those vendors operate under their own terms and certifications; we select them for fit, not for novelty.

No personal data hoarding

We do not position ourselves as a collector of personal data. We do not facilitate user-to-user exchange of personal dossiers through our apps. Identifiers used for attribution or pushes are technical, not autobiographical. Details live in the Privacy Policy so we do not duplicate a novel here.

Acceptable use

Do not use our software to break the law, harass people, reverse-engineer for theft, or stress infrastructure for sport. Do not attempt to extract models, keys, or secrets from the AI assistant beyond normal interaction. We can suspend access if you turn the product into a weapon.

AI assistant disclaimer

Automated answers may be wrong, late, or oddly confident. They are not professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make after chatting with software.

Disclaimer of warranties

Software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work hard to ship stable builds; the universe still serves edge cases. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers—those limits apply as written by local law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FastApps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the apps. If liability is found, our aggregate exposure is limited to what you paid us for the specific service in dispute during the prior twelve months, or zero if the app is free.

Governing approach

We prefer good-faith conversation before disputes escalate. For now, contact us first; we actually read email.
